Tom Colontonio remix of Nio’s “Heart Stop” takes the original into a very different place, sonically. Nio – also known as Joseph Colontonio – is actually the brother of Tom Colontonio, and the the two siblings have shared a creative chemistry most of their lives. The Trance infused remix is a breathe of fresh air; sometimes it has a hard groove while at other points the flip has more of a hypnotic take that is both uplifting and melodic that helps break the tension that has been built.
