Coming off the release of “Lucid’ in collaboration with Adam K, Seelo is back with Thomas Anthony to release their progressive bass banger “Night Owl,” which will have you soaring through the night.
The duo took time during the pandemic to sharpen their sounds and dig deep into the world of melodies, leading to a new found love for the piano, in different ways. Thomas’ vocals lay themselves hauntingly over Seelo’s deep, dark, and driving beat. It sounds like light over darkness, true to the title, think an owl in the night; majestic, but intense.
We wanted to make a track that had a longer shelf life and something which really resonated to people. Something people could connect with and relate to. The track talks about a couple having fun together – dancing, singing and just enjoying each other’s company. We were really feeling the old school trancey vibe. So we referenced my tune ‘Lucid’ and the rest was history. Welcoming vocal with nice pads that carry you through the tune with a passionate drop. Seelo shares with us.
