Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs has been hit with a new lawsuit from an anonymous male photographer. John Doe alleges Combs sexually assaulted him on the set of a commercial shoot in 2022 or 2023.

Filed in the New York State Supreme Court on March 26th, the Bad Boy boss allegedly invited him to his trailer to discuss career opportunities. John Doe obliged but claims he was coerced into performing oral sex on Combs, who reportedly said, ‘If you suck [it] right, I’ll make your career take off.”

According to documents obtained by People, Doe alleges he only agreed to the act because he feared he could end his career. The suit claims that Combs wasn’t content with the act and threatened him with violence before being told to return to work while “grappling with the trauma of the situation.”

Combs is being sued for sexual battery, a type of sexual assault involving the use or threat of force. Famed lawyer Tony Buzbee, behind many lawsuits against Combs, has also issued the latest filing, describing the suit as “egregious and highly disturbing.” He added, “We look forward to presenting these facts in court.”

Buzbee said in the lawsuit, “Combs framed this meeting as an opportunity for (Doe) to advance his career.” He said that John Doe “although hesitant, could not turn down what appeared to be a career-defining moment few ever receive. The implication was clear, also, that if (Doe) did not perform oral sex on Combs to his satisfaction, his career would be over.”

Combs, facing life in prison if found guilty of sex trafficking and racketeering, denied all wrongdoing in a statement from his defence team, led by Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed—especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims—it won’t change the fact that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor,” they wrote.

“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
