Mitski has continued to tease her new album with the release of ‘I’ll Change For You’, as well as unveiling world tour dates.
The new track comes just weeks before Mitski plans to release her eighth studio album, Nothing’s About to Happen to Me, on February 27th, 2026.
After previously releasing ‘Where’s My Phone?’, she has now shared the heartbreaking ‘I’ll Change For You’, which finds her desperately singing, “I’ll do anything, For you to love me again, If you don’t like me now, I will change for you.”
Mitski will also be heading back on the road for a special run of shows that will take her across the globe, beginning in March with six shows at The Shed in New York, before performing in Mexico City and five nights at Hollywood High in Los Angeles.
Then, in May, Mitski is going to take Nothing’s About to Happen to Me overseas with dates lined up in Istanbul, Paris, two nights at AFAS Live in Amsterdam, as well as the Forest National in Brussels.
The European leg of Mitski’s tour will conclude on May 21st at the world-famous Royal Albert Hall in London, her only UK date.
At the end of May, Mitski will head to Australia for four shows at the Sydney Opera House, before heading to Asia in July for concerts in Manila, Bangkok, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
She will be supported across the dates by Sex Week, Gustaf, La Zorra Zapata, Haley Heynderickx, Maria Somerville, Tarta Relena, and Gwenifer Raymond.
Far Out previously awarded Mitski the coveted ‘Track of the Week’ award for lead single ‘Where’s My Phone?’. In a four-star review, it was observed: “Presented alongside a perfectly unhinged music video, Mitski seems to have accepted that there’s no easy way for an artist to capture or engage with the modern world without dissolving into a bit of insanity.”
