As the battle between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni surrounding on-set behaviour during the filming of It Ends With Us continues, Baldoni’s next project could be at risk. His upcoming Pac-Man film is one of at least three projects now in doubt.

In December 2024, Blake Lively sued her It Ends With Us co-star and director for sexual harassment, sharing a suit featuring texts between Baldoni and a PR team who appeared to be planning a smear campaign against her. During those conversations, messages from August 2024 show Baldoni planning to reveal the news of his next project, Pac-Man, in order to “move towards the future.”

After Lively’s suit was revealed, Baldoni launched a $400 million lawsuit against Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds, and another one against The New York Times for $250 million. Since Lively’s revelation in 2024, the two have been wrapped up in a fierce battle that could see them going to court in 2026.

Since Lively accused him of sexual harassment and launched a smear campaign against her, Baldoni has already faced consequences.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Pac-Man is one of the three jobs at risk, while the other two remain unknown. Since the conflict with Lively arose, Wayfarer has secured no new projects, as Baldoni has fallen out of favour with business connections and associates due to the accusations against him.

Sources close to him have told the aforementioned publication he has “lost three jobs and hundreds of millions of dollars”. Baldoni and his production company, Wayfarer, were dropped by WME, the agency which helped them with both their own projects and finding new projects to work on.

Judge Lewis J Liman has requested a trial on March 9th, 2026, unless the parties can reach an agreement beforehand.
