Canadian rock band Triumph have confirmed details of their first tour in over 30 years.
The group formed in 1975 before parting ways almost two decades later in 1993. While they have subsequently made a series of one-off appearances, their 2026 tour marks their first return to the road since their break-up.
Their reunion tour, titled the Rock and Roll Machine Reloaded 2026, will see Triumph hit up 24 different locations in 2026 with April Wine set to be on hand as special guests.
In a statement, the band shared, “Our fans have always been the heart of Triumph. Their energy, their belief, and the way they embraced the positivity in our music have carried us for fifty years.”
They continued, “We’ve always said these songs were meant to bring people together – and that’s exactly why we’re coming back now. We knew there was still a chapter left to write. This tour is our chance to do it, together with the people who made the Triumph journey possible.”
The upcoming run of shows is set to begin in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, on April 22nd, which will be followed by a further nine dates in their native Canada.
Then, on May 13th, the US leg of their tour will get underway in Rosemond, Illinois, visiting cities such as Milwaukee, Kansas City, Houston, Tampa, Atlanta, San Antonio, before coming to an end on June 6th at the Leader Bank Pavillion in Boston.
During their time together, Triumph released ten studio albums, including 1977’s Rock and Roll Machine, which has since gone double platinum in Canada. Earlier this year, they were inducted into the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame after previously being elected to the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 2008.
