‘Brat Summer’ is set to make a comeback in 2025 as Charli xcx is announced as the second headliner for London’s newest festival, Lido. However, it’s not just the Brat star on the bill, but an entire lineup of her album collaborators, too.

Since she sang “365 partygirl”, Charli xcx established a new way of life that she’s been sticking to ever since. As well as hitting the road on the Brat tour and the Sweat tour alongside Troye Sivan, she’s been taking her own curated club night ‘party girl’ around the world with major sets for Boiler Room as well as a huge moment at Glastonbury that saw thousands in line to get in.

Leaning into the ‘Club Classics’ energy of her landmark album, the Brat era has seen Charli xcx host countless of these parties and generally handle her tour more like a club night than any classic concert. During Party Girl sets, the mic is passed between guests, switching between Brat tracks to songs from her collaborator’s own discography or live remixes of other tracks as each of the artists she spotlights shows their production powers on the decks.

Now, she’s bringing the show to London’s Victoria Park. Billed as Party Girl, festival-goers won’t just be treated to Charli xcx but to an entire curated lineup of musicians, including several of her Brat collaborators. Alongside the artist herself, guest stars will include Brat producer A.G Cook.

‘Guess’ producer and cult phenomenon The Dare will also be there, as well as Swedish rapper Bladee and indie act The Japanese House, who both featured on Brat and It’s Completely Different but Also Still Brat.

Charli xcx’s curated lineup of guests also includes Welsh dream pop producer Kelly Lee Owens and American rapper 070 Shake, meaning that Lido ticket holders are getting what is essentially a whole other festival within the festival’s lineup.

With Party Girl, Charli xcx is the second headliner announced for the festival as part of its debut year. Jamie XX was the first headliner announced, alongside names like Sampha, Arca, Romy, and more. This is still only the start of the lineup, with more acts to be announced in the coming months.

The new festival will be held on Saturday, June 7th, 2025, in Lido Field in East London’s Victoria Park. Tickets are already on sale for this brand new date in London’s live music calendar.
